Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across our family of brands.  This role develops and executes growth strategies across paid media channels while partnering closely with creative, email marketing, eCommerce, analytics, agency partners, and platform representatives.

This is a highly analytical and strategic role for a growth-minded marketer who can balance day-to-day campaign optimization with long-term business planning. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning performance outcomes, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual and quarterly performance marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives. 
  • Identify opportunities to scale customer acquisition while improving profitability. 
  • Recommend channel investment strategies based on performance trends and business goals. 
  • Contribute to long-term customer acquisition and retention planning. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform developments, and emerging growth opportunities.   

Media & Channel Management

  • Own execution and optimization across: 
    • Paid Social 
    • Paid Search 
    • YouTube 
    • Display 
    • Affiliate 
    • Influencer Amplification 
    • Emerging Acquisition Channels 
  • Manage external agencies and platform relationships. 
  • Partner with Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channel representatives to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Evaluate and test new acquisition channels and technologies.   

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage media budgets and pacing across both brands. 
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including:      
    • ROAS 
    • MER 
    • CAC 
    • LTV 
    • Conversion Rate 
    • New Customer Acquisition 
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and contribution margin. 
  • Develop performance forecasts and scenario planning models.   

Measurement & Analytics

  • Analyze customer acquisition performance and channel effectiveness. 
  • Partner with analytics teams to improve attribution and measurement frameworks. 
  • Evaluate incrementality, attribution, and customer quality across acquisition channels. 
  • Build actionable reporting and performance insights for leadership teams. 
  • Translate complex data into clear business recommendations.   

Creative & Conversion Optimization

  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to develop high-performing campaigns. 
  • Create testing roadmaps focused on:

  • Use consumer insights and performance data to guide creative decisions.

Education

Experience

  • 5-8 years of performance marketing experience. 
  • Proven success managing paid media budgets and driving profitable growth.
