Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead multi-year customer acquisition strategies.

Media & Growth Management

  • Oversee all paid acquisition efforts across: 
    • Search

    • Affiliate 
    • Influencer 
    • Marketplace advertising 
  • Lead media mix modeling and budget allocation decisions. 
  • Manage agency and technology partnerships. 

Data & Measurement

  • Establish company-wide measurement frameworks. 
  • Drive attribution strategy and incrementality testing. 
  • Build forecasting models and growth scenarios. 
  • Present performance insights to executive leadership. 

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Performance Marketing Managers and specialists.
