  • Conduct comprehensive conversion audits to identify friction points, usability issues, messaging gaps and technical barriers across websites, landing pages and digital customer journeys.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative user behavior using platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, VWO Insights, heatmaps, session recordings and funnel analysis to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Develop strong, research-backed hypotheses rooted in customer psychology, behavioral science and performance data, ensuring every test has a clear objective and measurable success criteria.
  • Partner closely with UX designers, developers, strategists and digital marketers to translate insights into optimized user experiences and high-performing testing variations.
  • Evaluate experiment results using statistical significance and confidence intervals, translating findings into actionable recommendations that drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Optimize every stage of the customer journey, including landing pages, website navigation, lead generation forms, calls-to-action, ecommerce experiences, checkout flows and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email & SMS, Content and Analytics teams to ensure post-click experiences align with campaign messaging and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, lead quality, engagement, form completion rate, customer acquisition efficiency and overall business impact.
  • Present testing strategies, experiment results and optimization recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders through clear reporting, storytelling and executive-level presentations.
  • Stay informed on emerging CRO methodologies, UX best practices, accessibility standards, AI-powered optimization, personalization strategies and evolving consumer behavior to continually improve client performance.
  • Help establish and evolve TriMark Digital's CRO methodology, documentation, testing frameworks, QA processes and best practices to scale experimentation across the agency.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in website audits, CRO assessments and client pitches, helping demonstrate TriMark's performance-first approach to prospective clients.
  • Mentor team members and share knowledge across the agency, fostering a culture of experimentation, curiosity and continuous optimization.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Digital Marketing, UX Optimization or Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with VWO (required) or equivalent experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, AB Tasty or Adobe Target.
