Registered Nurse – Long Term Care Opportunities – Tonasket, Washington

Full-time permanent positions | Eveving, Night

We’re hiring full-time Registered Nurses to join the extended care team at a community hospital-based facility in Tonasket, WA. These are permanent, benefits-eligible roles offering competitive wages and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a mission-driven environment.

Registered Nurse – Long Term Care

Competitive Rates: $37.67 – $61.81/hr DOE (~$78,354 – $128,565/year DOE)

  • Provide comprehensive resident care including assessments, plan of care development, and coordination with providers and interdisciplinary team
  • Supervise and support NACs and other nursing staff, including scheduling and performance feedback
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals, and document resident condition changes
  • Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements:

  • BLS/CPR and ACLS (or equivalent)
  • Washington State RN license or compact RN license
  • WA DOH approved Suicide Prevention training
