  • Assist with photography, video, graphic design, and content production based on experience and interest.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.

Marketing Systems and Performance

  • Ensure marketing information across digital platforms and collateral is up-to-date.
  • Track social media performance, website activity, campaign results, and other marketing metrics.

Research, Events, and Project Support

  • Conduct market, competitor, project, and industry research.
  • Support proposal and qualifications materials through research, coordination, proofreading, and quality control.
  • Assist with company events, employee engagement activities, community partnerships, and volunteer initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Marketing with coordination and special projects as needed.

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, graphic design, business, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
  • Previous internship, campus organization, volunteer, freelance, or class-project experience related to marketing or communications preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, social media platforms, photography, video editing, or digital asset management systems is a plus.
  • Previous commercial real estate or construction experience is not required, but an understanding of B2B marketing principles would be helpful.

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

The ideal candidate will be smart, curious, take ownership, communicate early, and care about the quality of the work.

  • Strong writer with excellent attention to detail
  • Organized, dependable, and responsive
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
  • Receptive to direct feedback and able to incorporate revisions quickly
