The Role:

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Field Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing North America, you'll be the driving force behind our regional marketing efforts, building brand awareness and creating memorable experiences for prospects and customers alike. 

Your Day to Day:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and regional campaigns
  • Manage campaign logistics, timelines, vendors, budgets, and reporting
  • Track and report on performance and ROI for all field activities
  • Partner closely with sales and ADR teams to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and territory priorities
  • Assist with partner marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all field marketing activities and communications

You Have & You Know How:

  • 5 years of field marketing or event marketing experience, preferably within a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting or working alongside senior marketing leaders, with the ability to take strategic direction and run independently
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, partnerships in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support events, customer engagements, and field marketing activities
