  • Develop and evolve compensation strategies that enable CHANEL to attract, motivate, and retain top field talent in competitive markets.

By joining us, you will have a direct and tangible impact on our talent strategy, financial stewardship, and commercial growth, ensuring CHANEL remains a leader in luxury retail.

  • Operating independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Presenting complex information with clarity and confidence to senior audiences.

What you will bring to the team:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in roles involving budget ownership, analytical problem-solving, and data-driven recommendations, ideally within retail or consumer-facing industries.
  • A deep understanding of what drives success in retail teams and a passion for optimizing the associate and client experience.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, even without direct authority, and proven experience working cross-functionally.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, especially when translating complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • A strategic, curious mindset with a drive to innovate and improve existing frameworks.
  • Experience in compensation strategy or market benchmarking is a strong plus.

Position Logistics:
  • This position is Partially Remote: Requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the New York Corporate office.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings, trainings or on-site retail visits.
  • No significant physical requirements.
