This position is part of the Career Opportunities in Development and Engineering (CODE) Program. The CODE program is a two-year engineering development experience designed for individuals who are early in their technical careers. The program is intended for candidates with approximately 6 months to 2 years of hands-on engineering experience.

As a full-time employee in the CODE Program, you'll begin with immersive onboarding and continue with hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development. You'll be part of a collaborative cohort supported by a dedicated program management team, gaining exposure to real-world projects with structured professional development, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of technologies across the enterprise. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are eligible for promotion and continued employment, subject to business needs and performance expectations.

Note: Wells Fargo only considers candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who do not require work visa sponsorship now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in monitoring application performance and system health, helping identify issues and support resolution efforts

  • Contribute to analyzing system behavior, logs, and metrics to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance

  • Support documentation, testing, and validation efforts for new tools, platforms, and automation capabilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery of scalable and efficient enterprise technology solutions

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Technology Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
