Overview of the Program
Lincoln Electric's Mechanical Engineering Internship Program offers hands-on experience in mechanical engineering. Interns will work alongside experienced engineers to design, build, and debug custom robotic work cells and industrial automation systems. What You'll Work On
  • Develop custom manufacturing equipment tailored to specific customer requirements.
  • Design and implement robotic systems for customer applications with a focus on automation.

Basic Qualifications
  • Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications
  • An engineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Industrial, or any related technologies
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with OSHA, SDS, and ANSI (RIA) safety standards
