We are looking for a curious, driven intern to join Xsolla's Performance Coaching team for an 8-week summer program. This person will work directly alongside our Performance Coaches to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our internal coaching programs. The ideal candidate has a background in psychology and a genuine interest in performance, human potential, organizational culture, and the science of how people grow. You bring both scientific rigor and creativity, you're as comfortable writing content as you are organizing a system, and you get energized by the idea of helping people do their best work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation

  • Research and curate a diverse library of coaching resources spanning books, TED talks, peer-reviewed research, podcasts, and videos, organized around the themes and domains of our Performance Coaching framework

  • Develop content packages tailored to specific coaching topics such as mindset, focus, resilience, leadership, and wellbeing, designed to be practical and immediately usable by coaches and employees

  • Write and produce recurring content for company-wide programs and initiatives, including weekly engagement pieces that keep performance and growth top of mind across the organization

  • Plan and build materials for group coaching sessions including session agendas, discussion frameworks, reflection prompts, and post-session resources

  • Create content that translates complex psychological and neuroscience concepts into accessible, engaging formats for a general business audience

  • Collaborate with the Performance Coaching team to ensure all content reflects our voice, values, and program goals

Program and Systems Support

  • Build out and maintain the Performance Coaching presence in Confluence, creating well-organized, easy-to-navigate pages that serve as a go-to resource hub for coaches and employees

  • Support the coordination and logistics of ongoing coaching programs, including tracking programming, managing scheduling, and keeping internal systems current

  • Assist with participant management processes such as assignments, intake coordination, and responding to program inquiries through our help desk

  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring program workflows using AI tools and existing platforms, reducing manual lift and improving team efficiency

  • Provide general operational support to the Performance Coaching team across active projects and initiatives throughout the summer

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Psychology, Performance Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field (undergrad or graduate)

  • Genuine interest in human performance, coaching culture, and organizational wellbeing

  • Strong writing and communication skills, you can create content that feels engaging and accessible

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools and workflows, including platforms like Confluence and Jira 

  • AI savvy, you know how to use AI tools to work smarter and move faster

  • Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal hand-holding

  • Collaborative, warm, and easy to work with

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion

NOTE

This is a content and program support role. The intern will work directly alongside our Performance Coaches but will not be conducting coaching or training sessions.
