  • Input and reconcile K-1s, trial balances, fixed assets, and adjusting journal entries
  • Assist with book-to-tax reconciliations, diagnostics, and clearing review points
  • Support first-year and new-client returns, learning how information flows when no prior-year data exists
  • Use tax software such as CCH Axcess, SurePrep, Fixed Assets, and related tools
  • Conduct basic tax research and assist with internal or external tax blog content on current tax topics

What You'll Bring:

  • Participate in formal, in-person, training for the first week of the internship program

  • Work closely with a Performance Coach and a Buddy
  • Receive real-time feedback, review notes, and direct verbal feedback throughout the internship
  • Learn how to navigate firm systems, workflows, and professional expectations

Internship Overview:
  • Schedule: 20 hours per week minimum, working in time blocks of 3-4 hours on any given day

    • Keiter will work with spring interns to create a schedule that accommodates their class commitments and academic priorities

  • Format: In-person, hybrid, and virtual options available. In-person experience is strongly encouraged for first-time interns
  • Returning Interns: may be able to offer a virtual option depending on certain circumstances
