  • Leadingthe end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Production modules, focusedon production control, MRP, and lean manufacturing functionalities.

  • Configuringand customizingD365 to meet client-specific requirements for production management.

  • ImplementingProduction Control functionalities using D365, focusedon efficient planning, scheduling, and management of manufacturing operations.

  • Utilizinglean manufacturing tools within D365 to streamline processes and reduce waste.

  • Settingup andoptimizingMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP) on D365 for efficient material procurement and inventory management.

  • Integratingmaster planning within Dynamics 365 to achieveoptimalresourceutilization.

  • IntegratingManufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with D365 toconnectthe shop floor and enable real-time visibility of production.

  • Collaboratingon Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration to support seamless product design and manufacturing processes on D365.

  • Conductingin-depth analyses of clients' production processes toidentifybottlenecks and inefficiencies.

  • Workingclosely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of their solutions on the D365 platform.

  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpretingdata.

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executives.

  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunities andidentifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

  • Ability to translate and communicateissues, risk, or challengesto client personnel, including executives.

  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree inarelevant discipline (e.g.,in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field.)

  • 7+ years working inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Production modules.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365certificationsarestrongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvaryby client, project, team, and other business factors. Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$128,000.00 - $205,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$145,920.00 - $233,700.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
