Reports to the Director of Athletics Food & Beverage Services. Serves as a Performance Chef for the Dodie Cafeteria independently performing basic cooking duties in preparing food items to be served to student-athletes. Guides and assists in the training of less experienced cooks when needed. Responsible for tasting products, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies and equipment as needed.
