Job description

Perdoceo Education Corporation is seeking a Digital Designer whose design efforts will drive business results in owned, earned and paid channels. This individual will support the business by designing assets that speak to enrolled students, upcoming prospects and B2B partnerships across multiple brands via multiple marketing delivery channels. This role requires the ability to manage multiple, ongoing campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be highly organized, passionate about marketing and be comfortable with autonomy in decision making that drives performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative design and video projects from inception, through concept development, to production and delivery, including:
  • Digital assets including campaign components such as banners, landing pages, headers, sliders, overlays, icons, emails, social media, newsletters, etc.
  • Digital and print design assets for corporate identity and branding, collateral, exhibit graphics, posters, event swag, brochures, flyers, direct mail, case studies, ads, etc.
  • Design for a variety of other marketing needs such as infographics, diagrams, signage, PPT presentations, video storyboards, illustrations, etc.
  • Capture and edit high-quality video and supporting visual assets, including interviews, event footage, b-roll, and other content for use across digital, social, paid media, and internal channels.
  • Collaborate on video concepts, shot lists, storyboards, and visual treatments to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Support videography needs, including planning, capturing, and producing video content for marketing campaigns that include elements of motion graphics, animation, voice over, captioning and overall audio editing.
  • Drive intelligent, original, cutting-edge design and video concepts that are both uniquely creative and communicate the brand message effectively
  • Accountable for implementation and adherence of brand standards throughout all pieces developed by the Universities including their departments.
  • Embrace compliance accountability as a part of a team culture (e.g. be a resource for all compliance needs and back up).
  • Collaborate with other team designers to ensure cohesiveness in brand voice and an adherence in quality & brand standards.
  • Work across a multitude of teams to understand content and key messaging to develop appropriate creative design and video.
  • Stay current on emerging design, video, photography, and digital content trends and technologies to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of creative work

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 5 years' experience as an in-house digital designer / graphic designer
  • A self-starter with the ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while working within branding requirements and adhering to project-specific guidelines
  • Willingness to take responsibility for projects from conceptualization to completion, demonstrating the ability to research and keep up with current trends.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, design, digital, print, video and audio production.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Must be energetic, client service oriented and maintain a positive outlook
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the "big picture" before the details.
  • Expert level in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud Suite, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Multi-task and Meet Deadlines on Multiple Projects Simultaneously
  • Ability to Work Independently and as a Team
