Per Diem – Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg

Per Diem Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical.

Flexible/per diem scheduling.

Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients.

Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Provide patient and family education.

Document patient care accurately in the EMR.

Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.

Active RN license in the required state.

Current BLS certification.

Recent Med-Surg nursing experience.
