Job Schedule: Full time

Find your purpose by treating patients where they’re most comfortable – in their home. As a Home Health Team Registered Nurse, you will work independently providing skilled care for 5 to 6 patients per day. Common duties include wound management, infusion therapy, assessments, education and training for patients on their new diagnosis, and more. We provide extensive training and ongoing RN office support while you’re making home visits to patients.

This position will primarily work in Buffalo, Monticello, Annandale, Maple Lake, Clearwater and surrounding areas.

Schedule:

  • Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks

  • Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

  • Every 4th weekend | Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay based on experience and degree

  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $39.87 per hour

  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.25 per hour

  • Master’s in nursing starting at $42.62 per hour

  • Pay range: $39.87 - $66.52 per hour

  • Milage reimbursement and extra pay for working weekend shifts

  • $3,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

  • Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license

  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience or 2 years experience in a Home Health setting

  • Reliable transportation

  • Valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and insurance liability coverage

Based out of our office in Marketplace Mall, the Home Health department primarily takes place in the communities we serve, in the homes of our patients. Our staff provides services not just for St. Cloud but our surrounding areas as well including Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls and more!

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
