To thrive as a From Home RN, you need a valid RN license, strong clinical judgment, and experience in telehealth or remote patient care. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and secure communication systems is typically required. Regular check-ins with team members and ongoing training in telehealth best practices can also help remote RNs deliver high-quality care and feel connected to their colleagues.

What is a work from home RN?
