About Primary Vascular Care: Primary Vascular Care is a specialized vascular practice dedicated to serving the long-term care population. Our team brings a clinic-like experience directly to patients through bedside consultations and diagnostics, while advanced vascular procedures are performed in our procedure suites and partner facilities. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused vascular care in a collaborative and efficient clinical environment.
Position Overview: Primary Vascular Care is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (RT) to join our team on a per diem basis assisting with vascular procedures in the operating room. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced procedural environment and has experience supporting physicians during image-guided vascular interventions.
This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled vascular team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment during vascular procedures in the operating room.
  • Assist physicians with image-guided vascular interventions including angiograms, angioplasty, atherectomy, and related procedures.
  • Ensure proper radiation safety protocols for staff and patients.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
  • Maintain sterile technique and assist the procedural team as needed.
  • Verify proper equipment setup, functionality, and imaging quality prior to procedures.
  • Document imaging procedures in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.

Qualifications:
  • ARRT Certification required.
  • Ohio State Radiologic Technologist License .
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional, vascular, or surgical imaging preferred.
  • Experience operating C-arm fluoroscopy in an OR or procedural setting strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a procedural environment.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience assisting with vascular or interventional radiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with angiography systems and vascular imaging protocols.
  • Prior experience in OBL, ASC, or hospital operating room settings.
