Job description


Psychometrician for Neuropsychological Testing


  • We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, skilled, and enjoy working with others.
  • The job would be for students with experience in testing and great clinical interviewing skills, and for current/retired teachers and speech pathologists.
  • We would like that person to complete 1-3 or more in-person (in Dover, DE) or virtual test administrations per month. The testing sessions are usually scheduled for 4-hour blocks of time or slightly less, during daytime hours Monday-Friday ET 830/9 am - 7 pm and based on your availability.
  • You do not have to work every month. We understand that you are a student and there may be a month or more where you would not like to schedule yourself for testing.
  • We offer an hourly rate better than market value.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychometrician, who is

either a teacher or a doctoral level training student, to join our dynamic team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for administering neuropsychological tests, scoring

assessments, and collaborating with our team of neuropsychologists. This role offers

the flexibility to conduct testing both in-person at our Delaware office and virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Administer a variety of neuropsychological assessments to patients with
  • concussion and brain injury.


  •  Accurately score and interpret test results.

  •  Collaborate with neuropsychologists to develop comprehensive evaluation
  • reports.

  •  Maintain detailed and organized records of all testing procedures and results.

  •  Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in all testing procedures.
  • Qualifications:
  •  
  •  Currently a teacher or a doctoral level training student in a relevant field., or
  • retired.

  •  Experience with neuropsychological testing and assessment tools.

  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  •  Flexibility to conduct in-person testing in Delaware and virtual testing as needed.
  •  
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a neuropsychological practice, school or clinical setting.
