These competencies ensure accurate cardiac monitoring and rapid response to patient changes, supporting patient safety in acute care settings.

What is a Per Diem Monitor Tech?

A Per Diem Monitor Tech is a healthcare professional responsible for observing and interpreting patients' cardiac rhythms in a hospital or clinical setting, typically on an as-needed or flexible basis rather than a set schedule.
