Job description

Job Summary We are seeking one to two experienced Concrete finishing Worker to lead field crews on flatwork and structural concrete projects. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-sufficient, and capable of managing crews, schedules, and quality standards on-site. Preference will be given to foremen who can bring established crews.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead concrete crews on job sites. Oversee flatwork and curb construction, including layout, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing. Manage structural concrete projects, including: Inlets Walls Headwalls Box culverts Other site and drainage structures Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate daily activities, materials, equipment, and manpower. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards. Maintain job site safety in compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Perform layout and grading verification as needed. Troubleshoot field issues and make real-time decisions to maintain progress.

Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman (flatwork and structural required). Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew efficiently. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

Knowledge of forming systems, finishing techniques, and structural concrete practices. Experience with drainage structures and DOT-related work preferred. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Valid driver's license required. Ability to bring an established crew (preferred).
