BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience gathering and creating detailed business requirements for complex projects
  • International change management experience High Proficiency in PowerPoint (must have) An understanding of HR processes and data - PeopleSoft HCM familiarity strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to work with business and IT partners to collaboratively design solutions that meet business needs Strong meeting facilitation skills

  • Ability to work with limited direction and supervision, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand, assess, and work through complicated business scenarios or processes

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data and information effectively to all project stakeholders
  • An understanding of global HR practices and at a minimum an appreciation of the different HR practices in our various locations Experience collaborating with international resources and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate meetings in different time zones

  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships in a virtual collaborative environment.
  • Organized and with excellent follow up skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of PeopleSoft functional design experience
  • In depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience in the areas of Core HR, manager self-service and employee self-service
  • Experience working in PeopleSoft version 9.2 is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work with team members at all levels and across functional and geographic lines
  • Self-motivated individual who is comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and presenting well thought out options and solutions to complex issues
