Peoplesoft Analytics Developer2

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Architect to support Business As Usual (BAU) operations focused on legacy system integrations, data transformations, and conversions. This role will be responsible for designing, building, modifying, and supporting data integrations between Peoplesoft and legacy systems such as Workday, Veradigm, and Meperia. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Peoplesoft, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI),, and a strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
Legacy System Data Conversions


Assist in mapping and crosswalking legacy data to Oracle Fusion data structures.


Develop tools and logging mechanisms to identify unmapped or unmatched data during conversion processes.


Support iterative data conversion runs with logging and reconciliation assistance.


Ad Hoc Data Requests & Solutions
Fulfill programmatic data extraction or transformation requests that require legacy system expertise.


Provide innovative, repeatable, and maintainable data solutions leveraging deep understanding of source and target systems.


Work closely with the Customer to understand evolving needs and deliver tailored data services.
Legacy Integrations - Build & Modify
Design, develop, and implement data integrations between Oracle Fusion and legacy systems (e.g., Workday, Veradigm, Meperia).


Modify existing integration workflows and scripts to align with evolving business requirements.


Leverage PS query and PL SQL to transform data into formats compliant with target system data specifications.
Work on Integration Issue for Workday using ODI and Workday internal integration


Ensure integration solutions are reliable, scalable, and well-documented.


Integration Support & Troubleshooting
Provide Level 2/3 support for ongoing integration issues for Veradigm ,Workday, PL/SQL and SQL.


Troubleshoot data anomalies, connectivity issues, and job failures across integration landscapes.


Collaborate with business users and technical teams to investigate and resolve data flow issues.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


5+ years of experience in data integration architecture, preferably in Oracle Fusion environments.


Strong hands-on experience with Peoplesoft , ODI and SSIS


Deep understanding of Oracle PSFT data model, particularly in ERP domains (Finance, SCM, HCM).


Proven experience in building and modifying system-to-system integrations.


Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to work across multiple data systems and formats.


Experience in supporting legacy system data conversions and complex transformation logic.


Ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with Workday, Veradigm, or Meperia data formats and APIs.


Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware components and integration frameworks.


Experience with data governance and auditing during transformation/conversion efforts.


Understanding of healthcare, finance, or supply chain business processes (if relevant to the customer's industry).
