Job description

**Position Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer(s)**
**Location : MD (Hybrid)
**Note : Need Locals Only
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and resolve issues within the PeopleSoft environment.
- Collaborate with Functional Analysts on design, development, and testing phases.
- Develop and test PeopleSoft customizations.
- Coordinate the migration of projects/objects.
- Compile comprehensive production migration requests.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2.
- Three (3) years of experience with PeopleSoft tools 8.59.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Five (5) years of PeopleSoft 9.2 experience.
- Hands-on involvement with upgrades, testing, and production support.
- Proficiency in SDLC, SQL, Oracle databases, and REST-based webservers.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
