PeopleSoft Senior Architect

Extensive expertise in PeopleSoft FIN 9.2, specifically within General Ledger (GL) and Commitment Control (KK), including deep understanding of ledger configurations, budget structures, and transactional processing frameworks.

  • This resource will work on the functional team; however, advanced technical proficiency in PeopleSoft development and troubleshooting is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cross ‐ module integration points, including GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Billing, and Travel & Expense with emphasis on interdependency workflows and integration touchpoints.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft architectures with external applications.
  • Hands ‑ on experience performing PeopleSoft development.
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft application engines.
  • Proficient using Application Designer.
  • Experience analyzing PeopleCode, AE programs, and other technical objects to identify root causes, customizations, retrofitting needs, and upgrade conflicts.
  • Proficiency in People Tools, Integration Broker, web services and REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Project management experience paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading functional design discussions and technical solution walkthroughs.
  • Proficient at PS Query.
  • Knowledge of SOA and other file transfer technologies.
  • Experience creating custom inbound and outbound interface files with banking and other external systems.
  • Knowledge with PeopleSoft tables and structures for research and analysts.
  • Experience with production support, including issue triage, defect resolution and incident management.
  • Comprehensive PeopleSoft lifecycle testing experience (i.e., vouchering, purchasing, GL journal posting, accounts receivable processing), including deep knowledge of test sequencing, data staging, and end ‑ to ‑ end business process validation.
  • Experience writing enhancement documentation which includes and not limited to requirements gathering, business analyst, configuration, identifying tables and code changes, test conditions, business risks, and alternative options.
  • Experience with a large Government enterprise solution is desired.
  • Must be on call 24/7.
