Location: Charlotte, NC (Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Lead PeopleSoft Developer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of PeopleSoft applications.

The Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Develop customizations for projects and production enhancements using PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, and Integration Broker.
  • Provide support and maintenance of existing customizations and application functionality.
  • Triage/debug issues and identify root cause and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
  • Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
  • Strong SQL and Oracle database development skills.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and migration activities.
  • Knowledge of Application Packages, Fluid UI, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud integration and modernization initiatives.
  • Exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid development and mobile-friendly solutions.
