Job Title: PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance enterprise financial systems for a large client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials modules along with technical development experience and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, and Billing.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform PeopleSoft configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
  • Develop and support Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker, and Component Interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.
  • Work with functional teams to implement system improvements and new features.
  • Assist with data conversions, integrations, and system upgrades.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT support, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile or structured development environment.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials.
  • Strong experience in PeopleSoft Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AM, Billing).
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
  • Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity bridging business and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large enterprise implementations.
  • Prior experience working with system integrators or consulting environments.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft upgrades or cloud migration projects is a plus.
