About RCG
RCG – Recognizing Children’s Gifts is a growing, mission-driven children’s healthcare organization
specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our work is centered on one simple but powerful
belief: every child has unique strengths, and with the right support, those strengths can be developed into
lifelong skills.
Our Reston, Virginia location is part of an expanding network designed to bring high-quality,
compassionate, and evidence-based care to families across the region. We are building something
special—an environment where children thrive, families feel supported, and team members grow
professionally and personally.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-centered Operations Manager to help lead the
day-to-day operations of our center.
This role is critical to the success of the location. You will work closely with clinical leadership, support
staff, and families to ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with RCG’s high
standards of care.
If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and enjoys building systems,
leading teams, and making a meaningful impact, this is an exciting opportunity to help stand up and grow
a center from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
● Lead and manage daily operations, including scheduling, intake coordination, and billing support
● Supervise and support administrative and operations staff, providing coaching, training, and
performance feedback
● Serve as a key point of contact for families, insurance providers, and community partners
● Partner with clinical leadership to ensure operational workflows support high-quality care and
compliance
● Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall family
experience
● Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation in collaboration with leadership
● Ensure compliance with Virginia state regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards
● Oversee facility operations, vendor relationships, and supply management
● Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for center staff
● Track and report key operational metrics to support decision-making and growth
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
(Master’s preferred)
● 3–5 years of operations management experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or
pediatric services
● Strong understanding of insurance processes, authorizations, and healthcare compliance
● Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
● Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
● Comfort working in a dynamic, growing environment where processes continue to evolve
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling or practice management
systems
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support our diverse community
Why Join RCG
● Competitive salary based on experience
● Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision)
● Paid time off and holidays
● Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities
● A collaborative, supportive team environment
● The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day
Our Culture
At RCG, we lead with purpose. We value teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. We
believe that when we invest in our people, we create better outcomes for the families we serve.
How to Apply
If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a growing organization focused on
meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
