  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams across CRM strategy, creative, and activation/deployment.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Analytics Delivery & Innovation

  • Design and lead all aspects of customer analytics workflows, including segmentation, A/B testing, incremental lift studies, and dashboard reporting.
  • Champion the use of innovative techniques such as machine learning, generative AI, and embedded AI agents to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy, scalability, and repeatability in all analytics solutions.

Data Stewardship & Enablement

  • Work closely with client data engineering teams to ensure clean data pipelines and proper integration into reporting environments (e.g., internal AI platforms, Snowflake, Salesforce, GCP, AWS).

  • Proven track record to lead and manage client-facing relationships
  • Strong background in statistical modeling, campaign measurement, and experimental design
