Job description

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities in the Department of Defense to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serves as Administrative Support and personal assistant to the Director by performing a wide variety of administrative duties in connection with the management of the office. Located at U.S. Army Material Command, Tooele Army Depot Tooele, UTQualifications:Who May Apply: US Citizens
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service which includes applying regulations or organizational policies related to recurring personnel actions, travel arrangements or processing; and providing administrative guidance through official correspondence.Education:Employment Type: OTHER
