A Day In The Life
The Manager, Repair Center & PDC, under the direction of Sr. Manager Quality and Compliance is responsible for the overall performance, financial accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of Repair Center and Pre-Delivery Confirmation operations. This role ensures standardized repair execution, reliable cost reporting, and cross-functional alignment through data-driven leadership and Lean practices.
As a Mgr., Repair Ctr & PDC you will:
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational ownership for Repair Center and PDC operations, including express repairs, outside repairs, outsourced repairs performed in-house, and body shop activities
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, performance standards, and standardized work to ensure consistent, compliant execution
  • Own capacity planning and resource strategies to align staffing, throughput, and capability with business demand
  • Ensure organizational adherence to safety, quality, training, and audit requirements
  • Own repair execution governance, ensuring repair order accuracy, documentation integrity, and disciplined authorization of outside and outsourced repairs
  • Accountable for end-to-end financial accuracy, including month-end repair cost reporting and system data integrity
  • Provide oversight of operational and financial reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and executive-level visibility
  • Partner with Quality, Finance, Toyota, and logistics providers to resolve systemic issues and prevent recurrence
  • Use performance data and trend analysis to set priorities, evaluate risk, and drive operational decisions
  • Sponsor and govern continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and structured problem-solving
  • Ensure effective oversight of defect owner engagement and issue escalation
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement aligned with enterprise objectives

What We Need From You
  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited four-year college or university in in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field plus eight years of leadership and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - required
  • Repair and or Collision Center experience - preferred
  • Lead corrective actions using Lean tools (A3, root cause analysis, standard work)
  • Automotive, manufacturing, and or distribution operations knowledge
