  • Environment: Comfortable working in active, dusty, and noisy industrial/commercial environments.
  • Mindset: Strong work ethic, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Travel & Schedule Details

This is a 100% traveling position. We ensure our crews are well taken care of while on the road:

  • Rotation: 8–10 weeks on the road, followed by 1 full week of home time.
  • Transit: Company-provided crew transportation, tools, and trailers. PDC will also assist with your travel expenses to your very first job site upon hire.
  • Lodging: 100% company-paid hotel or Airbnb accommodations.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)

  • Competitive Pay: Top-tier rates based on your experience level.
  • Financial Security: 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Support System: 24/7 direct access to dedicated Project Managers and office support.
  • Growth: Continuous on-the-job training and clear pathways for career advancement.
