Job description


Detailed Description
  • Supervise shipping and receiving associates to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Communicate with global districts to coordinate shipping needs and requirements
  • Determine and ensure compliance with country-specific shipping protocols and regulations
  • Communicate daily and weekly shipping requirements with shipping and receiving teams
  • Review, manage, and maintain active contracts with freight, courier, and hot shot providers in partnership with the Supply Chain Manager
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to prioritize and execute hot shipments in a timely manner
  • Oversee employee timecards and ensure accuracy prior to manager approval
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, company procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Set a strong example by adhering to company policies and best practices
  • Participate in all required meetings, training, and development activities
  • Ability to communicate, including the ability to read, write, and speak English and promptly follow verbal and written directions in English
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
