Here at Paytronix, we provide the right tools, through technology and over 40 POS integrations, to restaurant operators looking to create and enhance their Loyalty, CRM, Order and Delivery and Gift platforms. This role focuses on restaurants that have 1-15 units, and we want candidates who are ready to help these operators compete for customers by utilizing our innovation & best in class technology.
About you:
You enjoy opening doors and building genuine relationships with independent restaurant operators. You're curious about how loyalty, customer data and digital engagement help restaurants grow repeat visits and stronger connections with their guests. You're comfortable owning your pipeline and staying focused on outcomes. At Access, we support you with the tools and trust you need, while you help restaurants get real value from the Paytronix platform.
Day to day, you will:
• Prospect independent restaurants using calls, emails, LinkedIn and in-person conversations.
• Sell the Paytronix platform, with a strong focus on loyalty programmes, customer relationship management (CRM) and guest engagement.
• Manage the full sales journey, from first conversation through to close, using modern sales tools.
• Speak with restaurant owners and teams to understand their goals and show how Paytronix helps them drive repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• 3+years experience selling software or technology within hospitality or restaurant environments.
• An understanding of loyalty programmes, customer data and digital engagement tools.
• Confidence using customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce, to manage opportunities.
• Clear and approachable communication, with the ability to explain technology in simple terms.
Salary: $70k-$75k base + $35k commission
