KI has an opening for a full-time Payroll Coordinator at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This onsite role involves providing general operational support for weekly and bi-weekly payroll, working closely with the corporate payroll team.
The ideal candidate should have experience processing complex, multi-state payroll through an enterprise HRIS system, and be adept at completing regular reports and audits for compliance and accuracy. ย Candidates must be flexible with work hours to meet business needs, which may include working occasional weekends or holidays to support the payroll process. ย Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are also required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll.
- Follows all processing procedures, adheres to policies, and maintains confidentiality.
- Participate and partner with other finance staff to ensure no gaps in service.
- Participate in activities and projects related to payroll.
What you Need to Succeed
- Associateโs degree in accounting AND minimum 3 years relevant work experience in an accounting or payroll position.
- General knowledge of payroll regulations in multi-state corporate environment.
- Knowledge and experience working with Dayforce, or a related Human Capital Management system

Compensation for this position may range from $23/hr to $26/hr based on experience.
