Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of cross-functional teams to successfully manage and implement complex projects and interrelated programs from initiation through final operational deployment. This role oversees all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and compliance, while ensuring projects align with client objectives and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing project budgets, resources, schedules, and risks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing proposals, contracts, statements of work, and project estimates.
