You'll lead full-cycle payroll operations in a fast-paced construction environment, managing weekly payroll for both union and non-union employees while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including union and non-union environments, tax reporting, and general accounting.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, with the ability to coach, guide, and support payroll team members.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance, with a proven ability to work confidentially and accurately.
  • Experience owning payroll systems, leveraging data, and creating reports to support audits and reconciliations.
  • A passion for process improvement, with experience documenting, streamlining, and optimizing payroll workflows.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365, with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
