We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

What You'll Do:

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be the go-to expert for payroll support at assigned store locations. You'll help ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, audit, and maintain bi-weekly payroll records for designated locations.
  • Review weekly timecards to validate edits for paid and unpaid time (e.g., PTO, leaves of absence).
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies; communicate timely resolutions to team members and management.
  • Accurately input and update new hire and termination data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Serve as a primary support contact for UKG Workforce Management, including user access, troubleshooting, reporting, and system updates.
  • Provide wage verification documentation for third-party requests.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential payroll data with integrity and discretion.
What You Bring to the Role:
  • 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as payroll software systems.
  • Experience using UKG Workforce Management is preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-location or large retail environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UKG Pro (Ultipro) or similar HRIS software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
