What You'll Do

  • Determine prospective customers' needs for Payroll, Human Resources and more, then presenting Payfluence services to meet those needs for our clients ranging from "1 to 2500" employees.
  • Build and sustain relationships with professional business partners.
  • Prepare and present proposals and provide timely follow-up throughout the evaluation process.
  • Ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a seamless transition of a new client.
  • Positively grow relationships, being a valued consultative partner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years in a quota-driven, business to business sales position, proven ability with sales prospecting and closing
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively represent Payfluence.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills (listening, team player and self-starter)
  • Payroll/HR sales experience preferred but not required.
