Now Hiring: Payroll Processing Associate – Columbus, OH (Onsite)

We are hiring a Payroll Processing Associate for a 12-month onsite contract opportunity in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for candidates with payroll, administrative, or data entry experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Payroll Processing Associate

  • Location: Columbus, OH 43235

  • Duration: 12 Months

  • Pay Rate: $18.80/hour on W2

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process manual payroll checks using internal payroll systems.

  • Print, seal, and prepare payroll checks for distribution.

  • Maintain payroll data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues.

  • Support payroll operations and administrative activities.

  • Work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of payroll, administrative, or data entry experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
