Brompton Heights is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our assisted living community. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial processes while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Maintain resident financial records and contracts.
  • Assist families with billing questions and payment options.
  • Process A/P, invoices, and vendor payments.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and personnel documentation.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum two (2) years of business office, accounting, and/or administrative experience.
  • Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare preferred.
  • Knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, and general bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills along with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
