Lead Global Payroll for an Innovative, International Organization

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and mentor a global payroll team responsible for payroll processing across multiple countries.
  • Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing for approximately 500 employees.
  • Drive payroll process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and IT to improve payroll integrations and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations.
  • Oversee payroll tax compliance, audits, reconciliations, and year‑end processing.
  • Manage relationships with third‑party payroll providers and vendors.
  • Maintain SOX compliance and support internal and external audit requests.
  • Review payroll reporting and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and automation.
  • Support equity compensation, bonus, and incentive payment processing.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of progressive payroll experience.
  • Previous leadership experience managing payroll professionals.
  • Global/international payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or Workday HCM.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnership skills.
