This position is in Bloomington, IL with rare travel to Peoria, IL
Summary: Provides comprehensive administrative support and covers multiple complex responsibilities in order to ensure smooth running of Operations daily agenda and handling of priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedules interview for operations recruiting and follows the recruiting cycle of scheduling clinic appointments and initiating onboarding documents
  • Communicates with job applicants regarding employment and application status
  • Maintain applicant flow log
  • Maintain special projects logs -ex: wind farm projects
  • Receives, sorts and interprets documents and data for entry into system (Good Receipts and Delivery Tickets)
  • Assists with completion of credit applications for new customers and submits to credit department for processing
  • Prepares COD's for deposit and balances COD report
  • Communicate with customers invoice questions, provide copies of invoices or tickets, credit applications
  • Summarizes employee timecard information and submits accurate and timely data for weekly payroll
  • Create reports and letters as directed
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Occasional travel to other office may be required
