A Brief Overview

We are seeking a motivated and responsive Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join our collaborative team to support critical pre hire and recruiting operations. The TAC will play an integral part of the talent selection activities as they will be responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team to support the recruitment process and supplement other recruitment tasks to ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.

What you will do

  • Manages high volume interview scheduling across multiple roles, time zones, and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of attention to detail
  • Owning pre employment processing of candidates, including job requisitions, offer letters, and background checks, ensuring proper completion of process and adherence to audit requirements
  • Preparation of offer letters in accordance with established approval and auditing checklists; facilitation, review, and adjudication of background checks and reference checks
  • Maintains digital files and documentation on candidates to maintain various compliance obligations
  • Cross-collaborate with hiring managers, executive assistants, external vendors, candidates, and other internal partners within TriNet, including managing a shared recruiting inbox and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Generates reports on candidate and recruiter activity ensuring data accuracy and supporting Talent Acquisition leadership needs
  • Participates in Talent Acquisition systems implementations, testing and optimization, and ongoing process improvements
  • Flex into different projects within the Talent Team
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
     

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Experience Qualifications

  • 5 years Professional experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
  • 2 years of recruiting coordination experience, either in-house or with an agency.
  • Demonstrated strength in process, coordination, and communication.
     

Skills and Abilities

  • Verbal and written communication skills. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Broad knowledge of talent acquisition best practices. (Basic proficiency)
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process (Basic proficiency)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast paced, high-volume environment (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Experience working with Oracle HCM preferred. (Basic proficiency)
  • Knowledge of best recruitment practices, employment and hiring laws. (Basic proficiency)

The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience. 

A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
