POSITION SUMMARY: 
  • Support payor contracting activities, including reviewing, redlining, and assisting with negotiations for commercial and government payor agreements.
  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of payor contracts, ensuring contract performance, implementation accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze claims payments, reimbursement trends, and operational issues to identify risks and support resolution efforts.
  • Serve as a key liaison between physician practices, revenue cycle teams, legal, analytics, and other internal stakeholders on contracting and payor-related matters.
  • Conduct market and legislative research while leveraging strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to support contracting strategy and decision-making. 
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills; experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, analyze performance data, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION: 
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
