Job description

The Siegel Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and staffing efforts across multiple brands, locations, and states. This role is responsible for full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for line-level positions and plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and experienced in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop partnerships within the community to attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for line-level positions across multiple brands, locations, and states
  • Maintain and manage requisitions through Paycom’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Create, post, and maintain job advertisements on third-party recruiting platforms including Indeed, Craigslist, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, and initial qualification assessments
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies, workforce programs, schools, and charitable organizations to create talent pipelines
  • Attend and represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
  • Draft and update job descriptions as needed
  • Maintain recruiting metrics, candidate records, and hiring documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Support employment branding and recruiting initiatives to improve candidate engagement and hiring outcomes
  • Travel may be required with advanced notice
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources
  • Strong experience managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with candidate screening, interviewing, and talent sourcing
  • Experience writing and updating job descriptions
  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop recruiting partnerships within the community
  • Experience using ATS platforms; Paycom experience preferred
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruiting platforms including Indeed and Craigslist
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general recruiting technology

Preferred Skills

  • Multi-state recruiting experience
  • Hospitality, retail, property management, or service industry recruiting experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
