If you love helping patients, staying organized, and being part of a fast paced, supportive team... we want to meet you!
You would be responsible for the accurate registration, co-pay collection and scheduling of patients within the practices. Assists internal and external customers with all clerical tasks within the office.
What you will do:
  • Be comfortable with learning new software and ensuring data entry into physician billing software.
  • Provides positive patient experience from screening incoming patient calls to end of visit.
  • Maintain schedules and appointments for physicians.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience within a medical office or billing department preferred. Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $23.80
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
