We're hiring a receptionist – a warm, organized, and service-oriented team member who helps create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests. This role blends professionalism, empathy, and multitasking to support our community's front desk operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
  • Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
  • Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable working around animals and pets
  • Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Anticipated pay range

$17 - $20 USD
