Book appointments, field phone calls and client questions, assist with compiling and mailing of tax returns, process customer invoices and pay vendor bills through QuickBooks, keep business general ledger, maintain office supplies and office equipment, work with clients depending on ability and skill level. Part-time to full-time depending on business season and ability to take on new tasks.
