The Receptionist acts as a communication link between the customer and our industry-leading Mercedes-Benz, Audi Porsche and Toyota dealerships. The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring a high-volume of inbound calls with professionalism and precision. We offer a professional work environment with many paths for advancement – being career minded is a must!

Responsibilities

  • Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call.
  • Master Power Tracks and use appropriately.
  • Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center, retail or customer service is preferred.
