Are you interested in starting a career in sales?

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact with potential clients, actively looking for sales opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Able to work a day shift or afternoon shift. 5 hour minimum

Have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation.

Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Willing to travel and market in areas throughout Houston, TX area.

Job Responsibilities:

Canvas pre-selected and pre-qualified areas in order to generate sales leads.

Identify needs and explain in detail how Energy One products will help solve customers issues and help improve customers lives.

Schedule appointments with qualified homeowners for sales consultations and marketing presentations.

Gather pertinent information from customers in order to help maximize sales conversions.

We offer:

Competitive compensation including uncapped commissions and bonuses.

  • $15.00 per hour starting pay
  • Commissions are determined based on the number of windows units sold
  • Commissions range from $1,000 - $2,000 (average) per sale No Limit!
