Lead one of Southern California's premier Ford & Lincoln dealerships in the renowned Cerritos Auto Square.

We're seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead the sales operation at Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln Cerritos—a high-volume dealership backed by one of the nation's largest privately owned automotive groups. Core Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the new and used vehicle sales operation.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive sales, gross profit, F&I performance, and overall dealership profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies that deliver results.
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives and business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Ford Motor Company and ensure manufacturer standards are achieved.
  • Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and an exceptional customer experience.

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a General Sales Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership
  • Ford dealership leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing dealerships retailing approximately 300–500 combined new and used vehicles per month
  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales and profitability goals while developing successful teams
  • Strong working knowledge of dealership DMS and CRM systems
  • Stable employment history with a proven track record of long-term leadership
  • Professional references available upon request
  • Strong communication skills, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style
