  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000.

What you'll do
  • Lead by example and integrate Fox Pest Control's core values into every aspect of the branch.
  • Engage in all aspects of the pest control industry, including safety, technical, sales, administrative, and operational management.
  • Collaborate with the branch manager, regional assistants, and service managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee, train, and evaluate a team of technicians to ensure high service standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Take On Additional Responsibilities: Accept and complete other tasks as assigned to assist the branch.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years leading a team of 4 or more or one year as a pest control service manager.
  • Experience in training new technicians.
  • Letter of recommendation from a previous co-worker or employer currently active in the pest control industry.
  • Current state licenses.
  • Strong computer skills and competencies.
  • Pest Control CRM experience a plus
  • Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations.
  • Previous experience in sales management is a plus.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impressive follow-up, organizational, and time management skills include effectively managing routes.
  • Must be 21 years old or older to be covered under our insurance.
