Pest Control Technician - Seasonal 4-Day Work Week, Paid Training and Quality Benefits!

Who we're looking for: You don't need pest control or termite experience-just a positive attitude, reliability, resilience and a willingness to learn. We're looking for team members who:

  • Love working outdoors year-round
  • Have strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Enjoy setting goals and take pride in their work
  • Can work with basic hand tools, gas-powered augers, and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Are willing to navigate and inspect crawlspaces
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Want to learn valuable skills while helping others
  • Care about doing the job safely and following proven safety practices-we train you, equip you, and support you every step of the way
  • Have 5+ years of work experience or 3+ years in a service-based or safe driving role (a plus, but not required!)

  • Hours: 7 AM - 5 PM (No nights and Weekends)
  • Seasonal 4-day work week:
    • August-February: True 4 Day Work Week
    • March - July: Alternating schedule (5-day week / 4-day week)
  • Starting pay: $50,000 per year + Opportunity to Earn Monthly Production Bonuses
  • Paid Training: Paid Category 7 State Certification training, extensive on boarding training, and ongoing continuing education training.
  • Quality Equipment & Tools: We provide use of a company vehicle, option to take vehicle home, company paid cell phone, boots, uniforms, and all equipment needed to deliver exceptional customer service and results
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
    • Health insurance (company pays 75% of individual plans and 50% of family plans)
    • 2 Weeks of PTO Days the first year + 7 Paid Holidays
    • 100% Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance
